Chowns Mill Roundabout Update

Information received this morning from Highways England regarding Chowns Mill Roundabout.

Dear Stakeholder,

Work begins on the A45 Chowns Mill Roundabout improvement scheme on Monday 10 February.

Planned lane restrictions (roundabout will be passable)

Overnight(8pm to 6am)lane restrictions (single lane running) will be in place on the A45 East and Westbound approach to Chowns Mill roundabout, as well as the A6 North & Southbound approach to Chowns Mill roundabout on the following dates:

• Monday 10 February to Friday 14 February.
• Monday 17 February to Thursday 20 February.

Planned full weekend closures

The A45 between Chowns Mill and Rushden Lakes will be fully closed in both directions (eastbound & westbound) over the following weekends:

• 8pm Friday 21 February to 6am Monday 24 February.
• 8pm Friday 28 February to 6am Monday 2 March.

The signed diversion route will be the A45 (Wilby Way), A14, A509, as shown on the attached map.
