Party in the Park 2024 Roundup!

This year the weather was kind to us, the 2024 Rushden Party in the Park was very well attended all day and into the evening.

107 stallholders attended and they ranged from worthy local charities and organisations to craft and homemade cake stalls, varied hot and cold food vendors and a local cheese seller. Charles Appleton Fun Fairs provided many exciting rides including the hair raising Miami Ride!

Visitors were entertained by Bob Hoggs Sheep Dog display and Vander Super Heroes Wheel of Death shows in the main arena. In the Walled Garden 7 local choirs and dance groups put on superb performances, with hundreds of local children showcasing their singing, dancing and acting talents.

The Dukes took centre stage in the evening and had everyone up and dancing to their varied repertoire of hit songs.

Beat Route Radio, Rushden's Community Radio Station provided their own unique entertainment with popular music throughout the event. The Beat Route Radio Team certainly now how to party and their conga and cheesy dancing was legendary!
